Taunahi ships as an .exe installer that injects into Minecraft, and antivirus software (such as Windows Defender) often flags this type of software as a false positive. The build is clean — simply disable your antivirus before downloading and running the installer, or add the Taunahi folder to your exclusions, then re-enable protection afterwards.
